Job Opportunity: Risk Manager

Location: Egham (hybrid work model)

Salary: Up to £65,000

Overview: Our client's Global Risk and Assurance team is seeking exceptional individuals to help enhance the Governance, Risk, and Controls (GRC) function across their international brands. As the Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in integrating risk management techniques into operational processes and maintaining an optimal risk and control environment.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across countries and functions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to continuously improve the risk management program.
  • Stay updated on regulatory trends and emerging risks within and outside the organization.
  • Lead events and workshops, including future trends and innovation forums.
  • Manage the ERM tooling platform for accurate risk reporting and analysis.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on their roles in the ERM process.
  • Facilitate the business unit risk process, including risk identification, assessment, and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing risk reporting and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.

Essentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., law, business management, economics, finance), or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in governance, risk, compliance, strategy, legal, or internal audit.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Experience operating an enterprise risk management program preferred but not required.
