Job Title:  Enterprise Architect

Job Type:  Contract (inside IR35)

Rate:  £800/day

Duration: 6 months initial

Hybrid Model:  30% onsite, 70% remote

Office Location:  London (City)

About the Client and Role:

My client, a leading global law firm, are currently in the process of reviewing and modernising products, services and platforms to reflect the need for more agile ways of working that support greater use of public cloud services.

The Enterprise Architect will translate the firm’s business strategy into technology, systems, and architecture that satisfy required business outcomes.

Please note, that this is nota ‘lead’ or ‘head of’ role, so applicants who are too senior will not be considered.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and TOGAF
  • Design-level knowledge of defining and deploying solutions for public and multi-cloud.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing architecture, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models.
  • Knowledge of deploying solutions via Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Strong working knowledge of current security standards and protocols.
  • Proven experience of selecting, designing and delivering solutions within a global Enterprise using Microsoft Platforms
  • Adept at building business cases and selling these to senior stakeholders.
  • High level of personal credibility, impact and influence with proven ability to work effectively and persuasively at all levels
  • Experience with Bizzdesign and ArchiMate is desirable
