Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outpatient clinics and ward rounds
- Performing ENT surgeries under supervision
- Providing clinical support to junior staff and medical students
- Participating in audit and research activities
- Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and professional standards
Requirements:
- Full GMC registration and a license to practice
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
- Completion of core training in Otolaryngology
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in ENT surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
