BIMM University is seeking an Enquiries Advisor to join our team, playing a crucial role in engaging prospective students, and guiding them through their academic decisions. ?What You'll Do:

  • Enquiry Management:Respond to admissions enquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines. Provide comprehensive information to applicants, supporting them throughout their decision-making process
  • Customer Service: Deliver high levels of customer service, maintaining consistency and accuracy in information provided to applicants. Foster positive interactions and build rapport with prospective students
  • Applicant Support: Communicate regularly with applicants, ensuring they feel supported and informed from enquiry to enrolment
  • Event Management:Coordinate bookings for events, auditions, and interviews, maintaining accurate records of bookings and attendances
  • Follow-Up and Aftercare:Provide support to applicants holding offers who have not responded, assisting them through the enrolment process
  • Team Support:Assist the wider Recruitment and Admissions team as needed, participating in open days, assessment days, and new student enrolment activities

What You'll Bring:

  • Effective Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with prospective students
  • Higher Education Knowledge:Understanding of Higher Education provision is crucial for providing accurate information to applicants
  • Computer Literacy:Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is necessary for managing enquiries and maintaining records
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
  • Organisational Skills:Excellent organisation and prioritization skills are necessary for managing enquiries and tasks efficiently
  • Target-Driven:Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with the ability to meet objectives
  • Flexibility:Adaptable and flexible to meet the changing needs of the role and the organisation
