English Teacher September start - Rochdale
Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a qualified and dedicated English Teacher, to join a school in Rochdale from September for the full academic year, until July 2025.

The ideal candidate:
· Has a proven History to secure excellent pupil results in English GCSE exams
· Can inspire and engage students in the subject
· Is dynamic and an ambitious practitioner, who can build on the success of the subject and ensure good progress for all pupils
· Has experience of effective teaching and supporting pupils with a range of SEN, behavioural and academic needs.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
· QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent (to be offered supply teaching work)
· Previous experience teaching in a UK school would be ideal
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, training can be provided)
- Up to date prevent awareness & FGM training issued in the last 3 yars (essential, training can be provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
· Be willing to register with Prospero Teaching and complete all required vetting checks
· Hold Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
· Provide two professional child related references
