  • Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000

We are seeking an English Teacher to join a fantastic secondary school in the Luton area from September 2024. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary and the chance to be part of a growing team dedicated to providing a high-quality education.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for English literature and language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
