Role Overview: As a  SEN English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and set appropriate learning goals.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and other professionals.
  • Participate in team meetings, parent consultations, and school events.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN.
  • Knowledge of different learning needs and strategies to support diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles.
