This nurturing SEN school is looking for a kind and caring English Teacher to join their team. This English teacher will have experience with SEN children as all students have Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties with associated challenging behaviour. Many of these students have additional needs including Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties, ADHD and Severe Social Anxieties. The perfect English Teacher will be teaching KS3 English and will be able to tailor their teaching to support groups of students many of which have gaps in their reading and writing.
This English Teacher will also build personal bonds with pupils whilst helping to build their core skills and supporting their learning with a nurturing approach.
