Responsibilities as a English Teacher:

  • Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver captivating lessons that foster a love for the English language and literature.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of an enriching and dynamic English curriculum.
  • Individualized Support: Provide support and guidance to students, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to aid in student development.
  • Literary Exploration: Encourage students to explore a diverse range of literary works, fostering a deep appreciation for different genres and authors.
  • Inclusive Classroom: Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued.

Requirements as a English Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status: Hold QTS and relevant qualifications as an English Teacher.
  • Passion: Genuine passion for English literature and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Innovation: Embrace innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow educators to create a cohesive and inspiring learning environment.
