English Teacher - Hertford, Hertfordshire - ASAP Start ongoing role with permanent contract available - Strong leadership small classes - Suitable for ECT's, instructors and Experienced MPS / UPS teachers.

Are you looking to join a cohesive department that's supported by an established HOD? Are you interested in joining a school that recognises talent and promote from within? We are looking for an upbeat English Teacher to join a popular school for ASAP on a full time and ongoing basis.

Tradewind Secondary have supported this large, non-selective secondary academy for a number of years and are now looking to appoint an English Teacher following the half term break and teach across Key stages 3,4 with a view to committing on a permanent basis from as early as July 2024.

*** Hertford, Hertfordshire - Commutable from Welwyn Garden City, Hoddesdon, Stevenage, Broxbourne or Cheshunt Ample parking for Drivers and easy access for those from Enfield or North London

The school are based a short walk from the Station (10 minutes) and offers modern facilities and long term career progression. Pupils come from a non selective background and wide catchment. Behaviour is good for the area and results here are consistent. Pupils enjoy learning and benefit from a full Google suite and chromebooks for all pupils. The English department has always been a popular subject and the staff within the department are no exception. Spread across a range of experiences the HOD operates an open door policy and shares an equal load across the timetables.
