English Teacher required in Cheshire

Immediate Start (potential to become permanent for the right candidate)

£140 - £190 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a dedicated and qualified English Teacher (QTS) a passion for nurturing young minds and shaping the future of our students? We are seeking an exceptional English Teacher to join a popular secondary school in Cheshire, and we believe that you might be the perfect fit. The school are looking for someone that holds Qualified Teacher Status in English and has experience planning, preparing and delivering the subject up to KS4. You must have excellent classroom management and be enthusiastic about English Literature & English Language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and execute creative and effective lessons that cater to the needs of a diverse student body.
  • Promote a Love for Learning: Inspire students to develop a deep appreciation for the English language and literature.
  • Maintain Excellent Classroom Management: Ensure a positive and productive learning environment by effectively managing student behavior and fostering a culture of respect.
  • Assess and Evaluate: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
