Position Details:

Role: English Teacher

Contract Type: Long term temporary (with the ability to go permanent later down the line)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: MPS/UPS 

Location: Great Yarmouth

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons to secondary students.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
• Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in English literature and language.
• Experience teaching English at the secondary level.
• Passion for motivating and supporting students’ academic growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
