Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QTS English Teacher to join our team at a secondary school in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English Language and English Literature up to KS5. The role will involve working closely with other teachers and support staff to ensure that students receive the necessary support to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons to students
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to students and parents
• Working collaboratively with other teachers and support staff
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and support provided

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching English Language and Literature up to KS5
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organisational and time management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
