Looking for a successful candidate that has a passion for teaching English and will be able to motivate, elevate and challenge students to produce the highest quality work and achieve high academic standards.

This role would see you stepping into an Ofsted rated 'GOOD' school which is improving year on year. The school have seen strong results at both A-Level and GCSE, with most students obtaining a grade 5 or above.

  • Position - Teacher
  • Type of work - English Teacher
  • Position start date - ASAP.
  • Contract type - temporary to permanent.
  • Full time/part time - Full Time
  • Rate of pay - £130 - £220.
  • Hours - 8:30 am - 16:00pm

Responsibilities for English Teacher

  • Plan and prepare effective schemes of learning and lessons.
  • Use innovative and diverse teaching methods that supports the national curriculum.
  • Use regular assessments to monitor progress and set targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications for English Teacher

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
  • Valid DBS (Can be produced through us)
  • Registered with the Educational Workforce Council (EWC) (Can be produced through us)
