GSL Education are currently seeking to appoint an outstanding and creative English Teacher to work at an SEN Provision in Redditch.
This school is  a forward-thinking establishment and welcomes colleagues who are enthusiastic and ready to offer their ideas to create powerful and effective learning experiences for all students. They wish to appoint an experienced English Teacher to help support children with SEMH and Learning disabilities to raise attainment and engagement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for ECTs who are looking to start their career within Education.

The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified English Teacher (ideally with PGCE, GTP, B'ed, Cert Ed, BA with QTS)
- Will have experience working with SEMH or within an SEN school
- Should be able to provide teaching references from previous placements.
- Demonstrate a strong academic background with the ability to teach children with SEN
- Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high.
- Have the desire to maximise the performance of all students and ensure the very best progress for all
- Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies.
