Reed Education is currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to provide maternity cover for a full academic year at an all-girls’ school in East London. This role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant and supportive educational environment.

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students, ensuring a high level of interest and participation.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans in line with the national curriculum standards.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage development.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that caters to the needs of all students.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the curriculum and share best teaching practices.

• Must hold a UK PGCE/QTS certification.
• Previous teaching experience in the UK is essential, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality English education.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
