**Job Title: English Teacher**

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum.

- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and motivated to succeed.

- Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, share best practices, and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.

**Requirements: **

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level, preferably in a UK-based educational setting.

- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English language and literature.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to participate in CPD courses.
