This school in Wolverhampton are looking for an enthusiastic and committed English ECT to join their team from September 2024. The school is a vibrant and diverse establishment, committed to providing an outstanding education to all of our students, and are looking for an ECT who share their passion for teaching and learning.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging and challenging English lessons to students of all abilities
- Assessing and tracking student progress and providing regular feedback to students and parents
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects
- Engaging with the wider school community, including parents and external partners, to enhance the learning experience of our students
- Participating in the school's professional development programme, including regular training and coaching sessions
Key requirements:
- A degree in English or a related subject
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences for all students
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver effective lessons and projects
- A commitment to continuing professional development and a willingness to learn from colleagues and external partners
