The role of an English ECT is to plan and deliver engaging English lessons, ensuring the students are on task and participating in the lessons as well as preparing them for their GCSEs. As an English ECT at this fantastic school, you will work within a school with fantastic facilities and classrooms that will give you the ability to teach to your own high standards.

As an English ECT you will be joining an outstanding English department where support is second to none, this vibrant and wonderful department annually achieve the highest results within the school at GCSE level, you are really joining a prestigious department as an English ECT.

Whilst completing your induction as an English ECT, you will be given support and guidance from the entire English department, as many of them joined the school as an English ECT themselves they have walked a mile in your shoes and can offer guidance like no other.
