Below are some of the key aspects of this Engineering Manager role:

• Acting as Strategic Manager of multiple technologies, specifically injection moulding and assembly cells, including robots
• Development and implementation of the necessary systems, procedures and protocols
• Identifying and selecting the best value technologies, raising Capex justifications and delivering new product lines and improvements
• Preparing annual operational and capital expenditure budgets
• Reporting on line effectiveness, ensuring planned maintenance is in place and completed
• ensuring tooling is serviced, developed or repaired as required to ensure minimal down time
• People management and development ensuring key skills are covered adequately
