Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar, with people management experience looking to join one of the Uk's biggest food businesses?

On offer is the opportunity to be responsible for your own team, whilst being provided training and development, with generous company benefits.

In this role you will be managing a team of up to 12 of Engineers and Apprentices. This will include monitoring performance of the production line, understanding engineering and operational KPI's to identify areas of improvement, identify training needs, ensuring equipment is ready and allocating and recording stock. This will be a rotating shift pattern.
