What You'll Be Doing
-
Developing an annual communications and engagement plan and calendar which supports objectives and improves colleague retention for the account.

Delivering all elements of the communication and engagement plan
-
Working closely with the Account Lead and wider leadership team with the delivery of their communications activity and designing of the communications strategy

Delivering communications on change activity when required

Driving participation and engagement with communications and engagement activities
-
Ensuring the look and feel of communication channels are consistent with the company wide approach with an engaging tone of voice
What We're Looking For
-
Experience in an internal communications of employee engagement role.
-
Ideally a corporate environment with a large audience (2000+)
-
Experience working in a regulated environment is a bonus, but not essential
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Strong copywriting skills
