Enforcement Agent

Up to £35,000 + OTE

The company is looking for experienced and successful Enforcement Agents to work within their business. As an Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for receiving instructions electronically and making attendances at debtors' addresses, collecting and banking payments, submitting attendance reports electronically, arranging and managing removal of goods, completing relevant paperwork relating to the attendance and dealing with telephone calls from debtors.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A full and valid Enforcement Agents certificate
  • Strong ethical and professional standards
  • Self-motivated and have excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing & negotiation skills
  • A full driving licence, ability to travel and map a working route
  • Computer literate and able to use basic software packages
  • A flexible approach to their working hours, as they are required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
  • All potential applicants will undertake Right to Work, DBS and CCJ checks
