Responsibilities: As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Make outbound B2B sales calls to our existing customer portfolio. These customers are in their renewal window, seeking to renegotiate their energy tariffs.
  • Handle hot leads generated by our Lead Generation team.
  • Establish customer needs and match them with suitable energy products.
  • Liaise with energy providers to source the right solutions.
  • Provide accurate written quotations to customers while maintaining account management data within our CRM platform.
  • Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
  • Utilize a consultative and value-driven approach to negotiate and close sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of sales experience in a B2B telesales environment.
  • Familiarity with the energy sector.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Excellent pitching, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Initiative and a desire to learn and grow with the business.
  • A collaborative team player who can work under pressure.

Compensation: We offer an industry-leading package:

  • Base salary: £25,000
  • Uncapped commission
