Job Title: Energy and BMS Controls Manager - South
Location: South
Salary / Pay Rate: £45,000 - £65,000
Job Type: Permanent Full Time

The Role:

Develop bespoke BEMS solutions for each site in the portfolio
Confidently engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to support the implementation of identified energy saving opportunities
overing both IPMVP savings methodology and customer audit

The Candidate:

Experience in BEMS programming and the use of the Trend System Engineering Tools (SET)
Have a sound knowledge of Trend IQ 2,3 and 4 programming and commissioning
Strong knowledge of BEMS communications protocol such as BACnet and Modbus.
