Our client, a leading nationwide domiciliary care agency and proud recipients of an ‘outstanding’ rating from the CQC, is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as full-time End of Life Palliative Care Assistants. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide palliative and end-of-life care to individuals, offering comfort and support during their most challenging times.
  
As an End of Life Palliative Care Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. With your compassionate nature and dedication, you'll bring peace of mind to both our clients and their families, offering support and empathy during a difficult time. Your presence will make a lasting impact, and the gratitude from those you care for will be immeasurable.
  
The successful candidate will work on a rotating pattern of 3 days one week and 4 days the next, with alternating weekends. We value work-life balance and offer regular set shifts to ensure your well-being.
  
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on others' lives. While a background in Palliative and end-of-life care, PEG, Catheter, pressure care, and oxygen therapy is advantageous, it's your compassionate nature and ability to connect with customers that we value most.
  
As an End of Life Palliative Care Assistant, your role will be diverse, requiring attention to detail and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level. You'll engage in shared experiences, offer emotional support, and provide a comforting presence during difficult times.

What You Can Expect:
  • Competitive salary of £27,000 per annum (FTC)
  • Paid mileage at 30p per mile

  • Regular set shifts - Full-time shifts will be scheduled from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. You'll work Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the first week, and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays in the second week.
