A highly ranked law firm in central Leeds is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to handle a full case load of matters on behalf of their National client base.

You will be responsible for a full case load of employment matters across disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, redundancies, sickness, terminations and TUPE as well as taking a proactive role in networking to promote the firm and their employment services.

Applications from employment solicitors with at least 2 years PQE and solid respondent experience will be considered as you will be expected to hit the ground running however there is plenty of support available from the senior management team. Career development and progression is guaranteed. If you are an NQ with a completed seat in employment and experience as an employment paralegal, then please apply as you will also be considered.

Salary is depending on experience.
