Employment Solicitor

We are seeking an adept Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of PQE, who possesses a strong drive and readiness to assume a leadership position.

About the Role

• The successful candidate will spearhead the advisory efforts for employers and individuals across the entire spectrum of employment-related matters, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious issues.
• You will gain a thorough understanding of employment law and regulatory frameworks, coupled with proficiency in drafting court bundles, employment contracts, and witness statements, is imperative.
• Furthermore, you will have the chance to collaborate closely with other departments, particularly the corporate team. This will be offering expertise on employment aspects pertaining to business sales, acquisitions, or restructuring initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Seasoned Employment Solicitor with over 3 years of PQE, adept in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, providing support to other teams, and engaging in drafting, negotiation, and tribunal proceedings.
• Exceptional communication and client care skills, enabling effective interaction and relationship-building.
• Demonstrated ability to excel independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Enthusiasm for cultivating new client relationships and expanding the scope of work.
• Driven by ambition and a strong appetite for continuous professional growth and development.
