The ideal candidate will be a technically strong employment lawyer who is seeking responsibility, client contact and the opportunity to advise a broad range of client issues principally from an employer perspective. It will particularly be of interest to someone looking for a modern approach to supporting clients, providing consultative employment/HR advice, and an opportunity to join a department with aspirations for growth and development. You will need to have excellent client care skills with the ability to communicate directly with clients at a senior level, strong technical skills, particularly drafting, presentation and research, be IT literate and able to work well under pressure.
