A highly reputable law firm with a regional presence are expanding their Employment team and looking to recruit a senior solicitor for their Luton office.

Employment Solicitor – 4+ PQE – Luton – Salary up to £80,000

Excellent opportunity to join an award winning multi service law firm.

The team act for market leading clients across various sectors on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including, complex discrimination, whistleblowing, contract breaches, redundancy, TUPE, tribunal claims.

The role is ideally suited to an ambitious individual with considerable experience of advising employers, and employees on a broad range of employment matters.   

Requirements
  • Employment Law solicitor with at least 4 years PQE.
  • Good exposure to contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Demonstrable experience with employment tribunal work including advocacy.
  • Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries.
  • Enthusiastic about business development and attending/arranging networking events.
