Are you an employment specialist looking to specialise mainly in respondent work advising employers? This successful law firm is searching for an additional employment law solicitor or legal executive to join the busy employment law team and continue the good work achieved to date.

What will you do? 

  • Give respondent employment advice to employers 
  • Handle contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Give employment law training to managers and HR teams to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of their employment law obligations, and can apply this knowledge in the workplace
  • Manage Employment Tribunals, should matters progress that far

What do you need?

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
  • This is a hands on role and you will need at least 2 years' experience within employment law
  • Respondent employment law experience an advantage, but not essential, those from a claimant background will be considered
