Our award-winning clients Employment team is seeking a talented and experienced Associate to join their dynamic team in Manchester.

In this role, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Provide insightful legal advice and guidance to a wide range of clients.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents, ensuring client interests are protected.
• Represent clients at tribunals and hearings, when necessary.
• Contribute to business development activities and help shape the team's strategy.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in employment law.
• A strong track record of success in managing a diverse caseload.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A clear and concise writing style, with a high level of attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively.
• A passion for employment law and a desire to make a positive impact for clients.
