Employment Solicitor | Bury St Edmunds | 1 PQE +

KLAR Legal are delighted to be working with a leading independent in their search for an enthusiastic Employment Solicitor / Associate.

The Firm

This opportunity provides access to high quality work, within a supportive and authentic environment, with flex/hybrid working.

The practice are a leading independent whose reputation exceeds their firm size, the quality is what you would expect from a Top 100 UK practice, and for good reason!

They have established themselves in the region as a "go to" full service practice. As a firm, they continue to attract individuals from competing firms, bringing interesting and high profile clients with them.

The Role

They believe in collaboration so you can be responsible for your own varied caseload, meanwhile being introduced to relationships to develop your own reputation within the practice.

The department Provides a complete offering across:

  • Employment Contracts
  • Disputes
  • Redundancies
  • Settlement Agreements
  • TUPE
  • HR policies

Experience in all the above is not essential with further training available by an industry leader.

You Will Be:

  • Ideally you will have 1 – 6 PQE +
  • (Those with more/less experience welcome to apply also)
