Employment Solicitor (7 years PQE) - Regional Firm - Suffolk (Easily Commutable from Essex) About the Role: Join a reputable regional firm's Employment Law team as a Solicitor with approximately 7 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE). This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality legal services to clients across Suffolk and Essex. Responsibilities: * Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment law matters. * Handle a diverse caseload, including contentious and non-contentious employment issues. * Conduct negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings on behalf of clients. * Assist in the development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance. * Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
