Employment Solicitor - Norfolk Fantastic regional legal 500 firm My client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their reputable multi-office firm in the beautiful Norfolk area. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a friendly team, with a reputation for providing excellent client care and warm, personable service. The role will be varied and will cover a broad spectrum of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious employment matters, and you will need to be able to handle your own caseload. Acting on behalf of employers and employees, you will be well placed to provide advice on: * Redundancy and unfair dismissal * Employment tribunal litigation matters * Discrimination and parental rights * Employment contracts * Settlement agreements * Tribunal claims They will provide plenty of support along the way and there are great opportunities for staff to develop their careers and skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.
