THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well-established law firm based in Derbyshire. The firm provides expert advice to their clients on all aspects of Employment law. This role will predominantly focus on claimant files, with some defendant focused work. The current caseload is light and requires the ability to hit the ground running and continue its progress from beginning until completion, including Employment Tribunal cases. This is a part-time role (2 days per week) operating on hybrid basis to start as soon as possible.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is looking for an experienced solicitor that can has well-rounded experience in a wide spectrum of employment matters, ideally both claimant and defendant. As a successful candidate, you will have experience with advocacy and taking overseeing Employment Tribunal cases. You should be equipped with the ability to hit the ground running and have experience with a wide range of employment caseload. Excellent client service skills are crucial for this position.
