Employment Solicitor - Kent/Hybrid Fantastic, reputable regional firm An esteemed regional firm is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in delivering exceptional legal services to their clients. Key Responsibilities: * Providing expert advice on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, discrimination, disciplinary procedures, and termination issues. * Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. * Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and other dispute resolution forums. * Advising on HR matters and providing training to clients on legal compliance and best practices. * Keeping abreast of developments in employment law and contributing to the firm's knowledge management initiatives. Requirements: * Qualified Solicitor with several years of PQE in employment law. * Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law. * Proven experience handling a diverse caseload of employment matters. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services with integrity and professionalism.
