Location: Birmingham

About the Role: You'll have the flexibility to work from one of our regional offices in Birmingham with a hybrid working model. As part of their national employment practice. You'll focus on sectors such as commercial services, higher education, financial services, and housing with the opportunity to work on diverse and complex employment law matters across both contentious and non-contentious areas.
What We're Looking For:
  • Broad experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law, ideally across key markets such as financial services, commercial, higher education, and housing.
  • Supervisory experience, with the ability to mentor junior colleagues.
  • Case management skills, including complex Employment Tribunal claims.
  • Strong client management skills and an interest in business development.
