Excellent opportunity for an experienced employment litigator to join a leading insurance firm. Our client is looking for an experienced litigator to join their Bristol or South Wales office.

The Employment Team deals with all aspects of employment law including litigation and advisory work for both employees and employers. The type of work the team deals with on a day-to-day basis includes advising on unfair dismissal claims, discrimination and whistle blowing. The work is very varied and no one case is the same as another.

As well as acting for employees and employers during the litigation process they also provide advisory HR services, such as advising on employee handbooks and the drafting of employment contracts to support and guide businesses through the complexity of employment law requirements. The team also deals with its own advocacy.

To apply for this role you should be an experienced senior paralegal / Chartered Legal Executive with strong employment litigation experience and the ability to run a caseload.
