The Role

This Top 50 UK firm are seeking an experienced Employment Legal Director or Partner, to join their Oxford Office.

Through growth, this progressive practice are in the process of their further expanding their offering; for this reason they are seeking an experienced individual to join their award winning Employment Team in .

Working collaboratively with their competitively ranked L500 counterparts, you will access to a broad mix of matters for an interesting and high profile portfolio of UK & Global clients, across a range of sectors.

This is one of the most impressive Employment Teams in the region, who provide a full service offering for Global Corporations and Start Ups through to Local Authorities and Public Sector. This includes advice for Employers & Employees, Contentious & Non-Contentious elements such as:

  • Training to HR & Board
  • Advice to Employers (UK & International)
  • Employment Disputes
  • Investigations & Whistleblowing

Due to the seniority of this role, you will be expected to be an experienced Lawyer – whilst there is sufficient demand/ work to make this hire, this is aligned as part of an wider growth strategy so you will be expected to generate further business for the team.

There is a compromise on duties of the role, in line with client demand, and your own experience and interests – if you have a certain focus, you will be provided with the resources and support to capitalise on this, should you wish.

You Will Be:

  • An Employment Lawyer with 8 PQE +
  • (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
  • Proven experience from a leading, Regional, National, City or Global Firm
