A fast-growing international advertising and marketing company with a goal of providing innovative solutions through technology. This newly created role will sit in a wider global employment team but focusses primarily on the UK and European regions. The ideal candidate has charisma, drive and the desire to continuously learn in a team environment.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience providing legal advice to HR teams and other internal stakeholders on employment matters in the UK and other EMEA jurisdictions.
  • An ability to manage litigation matters alongside external counsel to create relevant strategies.
  • Confidence in updating, developing and reviewing employment related documents.
  • Experience creating and providing internal training on regulations relating to employment matters.
  • The ability to stay up to date with employment law changes and relay relevant information to the necessary stakeholders.
  • England & Wales qualified solicitor, 4-5 PQE as a guideline, though all levels will be considered.
