Exciting opportunity for a talented Employment Solicitor looking to take a step up in their career with a highly regarded firm based in Somerset. This is a rare opportunity giving you tangible career progression and the chance to assist with the ongoing development of the department and firm.

We are looking to hear from applicants with around 2-10 years PQE and with a proven track record in a client facing role. You will have in depth knowledge of the full range of employment matters both contentious and non-contentious matters. Experience with TUPE, discrimination, employment tribunal cases, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants and general advice is essential. This position has the potential to develop rapidly.
