Key Responsibilities:
- Manage change processes and resolve director exits and shareholder disputes.
- Oversee business reorganisations, redundancy procedures, and TUPE transfers.
- Negotiate settlement agreements and handle disciplinary matters.
- Provide legal representation in Employment Tribunal cases and disruptive litigation.
