Job Title: Employment Law Consultant

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £35,000

Job Purpose:

  • Provide HR and Employment Law advice and support to clients across various sectors as part of a dedicated team of Employment Law Consultants.

Job Overview:

  • Offer legally compliant advice and HR assistance to clients via telephone, ensuring awareness of non-compliant options and associated risks.
  • Deliver HR and Employment Law advice to clients across Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Meet departmental KPIs, delivering quality Employment Law advice within set SLAs.
  • Stay updated on Employment Law and HR best practices.
  • Advise clients on Employment Law/HR queries, accurately recording advice and client information.
  • Attend legal briefings and internal training sessions to ensure compliance with company services.
  • Adhere to departmental protocols to maintain high-quality service.
  • Recommend additional company products to clients.
  • Attend team meetings and maintain a professional demeanor.

  • Proactive attitude and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Practical experience in HR.
  • Desire for career development in HR.
  • Enthusiasm for generating new business referrals.
  • Quick and effective learning and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
