My client is a forward-thinking and well-established law firm on the lookout for an Employment Solicitor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Providing strategic advice and counsel to clients across a range of contentious employment matters.
  • Representing clients in tribunals, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service. 
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A qualified Solicitor with  a passion for employment law  (NQ plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, both within the firm and in the broader legal community.
