ROLE OVERVIEW
I am currently representing a prestigious UK top 20 firm in Scotland, seeking an Employment Associate, 2- 5 PQE, with expertise in contentious and non-contentious employment law. Our client firm embraces a flexible, hybrid working model, allowing for a mix of office-based and remote work. This opportunity offers the opportunity to work with large employers both nationally and internationally, as well as great career progression.

ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is a distinguished UK top 20 firm with a strong presence in Scotland. Ranked top tier in Employment & Immigration law, the firm provides comprehensive advice to a diverse clientele, including financial institutions, FTSE 100 companies, and leading UK and international businesses.

THE ROLE
In this position, you'll provide expert advice on a range of employment law matters, from executive exits to business restructuring. You'll handle employment tribunal litigation and support corporate projects for major employers in Scotland, England, and Wales.

While experience in business immigration and tribunal advocacy is advantageous, it's not essential.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant experience within a comparable environment
- Solid grasp of employment law, coupled with strong drafting and communication skills
- Interest in developing marketing and business development abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure and contribute effectively to team efforts
- Understanding of the operations and structure of top-tier law firms and client requirements Commercial acumen, coupled with a genuine passion for Employment law.
