About the role:

To proactively engage with learners to promote and sell the College's range of programme. You will liaise with learners referred by Job Centre Plus and ensure potential learners complete enrolment forms and Initial Assessments

To offer excellent customer service to potential learners and undertake a range of sales activities including calling prospective learners, following up leads, meeting and presenting to learners, attending relevant events and ultimately securing delivery solutions to meet targets. To provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction to employers and learners through exemplar collaborative working internally and externally.

This is a full time fixed term role until March 2025.
