Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor
Location: Samlesbury
Job Type: 6-month Contract likelihood of extension
Salary: £28.00 per hour (PAYE)
Working Hours: 37 Hours Hybrid 2/3 days onsite

Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching, advice, and support to Line Managers on a range of employee relations (ER) case types within the Defence Clients UK businesses.
• Establish effective working relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement and timely resolution of ER cases.
• Offer balanced advice that is legally compliant and aligned with company policy to manage risk effectively.
• Maintain relationships with Business HR, Trade Union/Employee representatives, Occupational Health, Labour Law, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to changes and improvements in technology solutions, policies, and processes to enhance the efficiency of the service.
• Collaborate with key stakeholder groups to enhance line leader capability in managing ER cases effectively.

Requirements:


• HR background with experience in employee relations (ER) and a deep understanding of case management policies and processes.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders such as Trade Unions and Employee Representative Groups.
• Ability to manage complex ER cases, mitigate risks, and support a values-led culture.
• Competency in interpreting Case Management data to derive actionable insights for HR Teams and Businesses.
