Employee Relations Specialist | Leading Retailer | Salary c£45,000

Zachary Daniels are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist for a leading retailer. They are looking for someone who will promote a positive ER culture by ensuring that their colleagues are treated fairly and consistently, and in line with the company policies, whilst minimising risks to the business.

The role as Employee Relations Specialist:

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing ER activity across the business.

  • Manage and resolve employee relations enquiries and cases
  • Give commercially focused, expert advice to your stakeholder group
  • Provide ER advice to the business
  • Interpreting and explaining HR policies to the wider business
  • Attending tribunals as and when required
  • Have responsibility for the ongoing development and refinement of the HR policies, working to ensure consistency of approach and compliance with current employment legislation.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Previous experience of Tribunals / Acas Early Conciliation ideally
  • 5 years experience in HR
  • Level 5 CIPD Qualified or above
