We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to immediately join a large organisation to support their Employee Relations team for the next 2-4 months initially.

You will manage around 20-30 Employee Relations cases at any one time and provide end to end HR support to the line managers and employees involved.

You will need to come with a strong background managing an ER caseload but in particular with sickness management, grievance and disciplinary cases.

We are looking for someone proactive who can take initiative and have the experience to provide robust HR advice in these areas.

You will be expected hit the ground running so must have managed a high volume of ER cases in the past to be considered.

The role is based on the Isle of Wight but you are only required to be there 1 day a week but our client is happy to pay for the ferry crossing from the mainland providing the cost is reasonable. The rest is remote.
